A Nashville native with more than 28 years of experience as a General Contractor, Keenan has built beautiful homes across many neighborhoods, including Germantown, East Nashville, Charlotte Park, Brentwood, Goodlettsville, and Joelton.

Known for his hands-on approach and true care for his clients, Keenan listens closely to every need and concern, making it his mission to create homes where families can truly thrive. His ultimate goal is simple: he wants you to love where you live!

When he's not on a job site, Keenan enjoys spending time with his wife of 34 years, Cari, and their dog, Hershey, at their home in Joelton. For Keenan, building a house is about more than walls and ceilings — it’s about creating a place you’re proud to call home.
