For Keenan Allen, building homes isn’t just a profession, it's a lifelong passion.
A Nashville native with more than 28 years of experience as a General Contractor, Keenan has built beautiful homes across many neighborhoods, including Germantown, East Nashville, Charlotte Park, Brentwood, Goodlettsville, and Joelton.
Known for his hands-on approach and true care for his clients, Keenan listens closely to every need and concern, making it his mission to create homes where families can truly thrive. His ultimate goal is simple: he wants you to love where you live!
When he's not on a job site, Keenan enjoys spending time with his wife of 34 years, Cari, and their dog, Hershey, at their home in Joelton. For Keenan, building a house is about more than walls and ceilings — it’s about creating a place you’re proud to call home.

A Middle Tennessee native, Cari Allen plays an important behind-the-scenes role at Keenan Allen Construction, helping support the day-to-day business operations and keeping things running smoothly.
She also works as an Escrow Assistant with Providence Title in Nashville, bringing her experience and attention to detail to both roles.
Outside of work, Cari enjoys spending time with her husband, Keenan, and their dog, Hershey.

Heather Vandenbergh joined the Keenan Allen Construction team in 2024 as Project Designer, and we are so proud to have her as part of our team!
Heather is behind the impeccable selections and interior designs featured throughout our most recent builds and projects.
With a keen artistic eye and attention to detail, she brings each space to life while helping create a cohesive vision from start to finish.
